Yes, it is possible to feature vehicles from our inventory at your event, such as a showroom, fashion show, or staged display. Availability depends on current stock and should be confirmed when you submit your request.

House rules

Our house rules will be sent to you along with the quote. Signing them constitutes acceptance and is required to confirm your booking.

Booking lead times

Please allow at least 30 days between your request and the event date. For complex projects or multi-day private bookings, please plan further in advance.

Is there a sound and lighting system available?

We do not have in-house sound and lighting equipment, but we can provide a personalized quote through our partner suppliers to help you organize a bespoke event.

Sound & lighting production

We work with partner technical providers for sound and lighting production. You are also welcome to bring your own team; both options are available.

Parking

3 indoor parking spaces are available on-site. For events with a large number of vehicles, we can direct you to nearby parking options.

Hours

The venue is available 7 days a week, both day and night. Hours are set at the time of booking based on your schedule, including setup, event time, and breakdown.

Once purchased, each vehicle systematically goes through our workshop for a full inspection, and any necessary work is carried out to ensure it is in perfect condition.

All transactions are handled through Mecanicus, with all administrative processes managed electronically and instantly by our team to simplify the buying or selling experience as much as possible.

How long does it take to sell my car?

At Mecanicus, we own our inventory. This means we purchase your car directly, significantly reducing the time required to sell it. After submitting your request on our website, you will be contacted within 24 hours. If your vehicle meets our selection criteria, you will receive a buyback offer shortly thereafter, and the sale can be completed within 48 hours.

We come to you, inspect the vehicle on a lift, and take it with us immediately after payment is made via instant bank transfer. No surprises—the funds are visible in your account right away, and all transactions are fully secure.

How does the transaction proceed once the vehicle has been found?

Once the vehicle has been found and approved, we take care of everything. We purchase the vehicle from its previous owner to ensure a secure transaction, have it transported to our premises, you complete your payment directly with us, and delivery can take place immediately afterwards.

What documents do I need to provide to sell my car?

To sell your car to us, you simply need to provide the registration certificate (vehicle registration document) in your name, the most recent valid roadworthiness test (if the vehicle is over 4 years old), as well as the vehicle’s service history (service book, invoices, etc.). These documents allow us to verify the condition and compliance of your car, ensuring a simple, fast, and secure transaction.

Can I purchase a vehicle online?

Yes, it is absolutely possible to purchase your vehicle online. After selecting your car, we will send you a purchase order to sign, followed by a 10% deposit to secure the vehicle. We provide all the necessary information (photos, history, vehicle condition) and remain available to answer your questions at every stage.

Once the remaining balance has been paid, we organize delivery of the vehicle to the address of your choice, anywhere in France or Europe, with a professional carrier. The vehicle is dispatched as soon as full payment has been received.

My vehicle does not match the criteria—what should I do?

Unfortunately, we are not able to purchase all vehicles. We have specific criteria that evolve constantly. If we are unable to buy your vehicle, we can keep your details on file and offer it to our network of buyers. Alternatively, we can refer you to partners who may be interested in your vehicle.

How does reserving a car work?

To reserve a car, simply submit a request to our team. We will then send you a purchase order to sign, along with a deposit representing 10% of the vehicle’s value. Once the purchase order is signed and the deposit has been paid, the car is secured for you.

If any work or preparation is required on the vehicle, it will be completed prior to delivery. We will then schedule the handover together, with the option to arrange home delivery. The vehicle will be dispatched once full payment has been received.
