SCUDERIA MECA, a wholly owned subsidiary of MECANICUS, located at 44 Rue des Vinaigriers, 75010 Paris, with a share capital of €1,000, is subject to the same commitments and declarations as MECANICUS. MECANICUS places great importance on respecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your Personal Data and therefore undertakes to process your Personal Data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “Regulation”), as well as French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files, and civil liberties, as currently in force (together the “Applicable Regulations”). Data Retention
Data relating to your MECANICUS account
If you have created an account on the Sites, MECANICUS will retain your Personal Data until you delete your account. However, in the event of inactivity on your account for a period of two (2) years, MECANICUS will contact you by email to inform you that, unless you object, your account will be closed.Browsing data collected via cookies
