For the purposes of these Terms, the term “Content” refers to any element such as images, videos, texts, sounds, comments, or any other content that may be published, generated, or shared on the Services by users.The Services provided by Mecanicus revolve around the automotive world and primarily consist of offering you:
•A collaborative encyclopedia, Autopedia, which compiles, in the form of structured entries, all available information on various car models.
With regard to Autopedia, the content accessible through the Services is subject to an open-source license. You may freely reuse such content in accordance with the terms of that license. You may also contribute by submitting comments or requests for modification. In this respect, you are solely responsible for any Content resulting from your contributions, particularly if it contains inaccurate or inappropriate information.By accepting these Terms, Mecanicus grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and limited right to access and use the Services for your personal needs only, subject to compliance with these Terms.You acknowledge that, although Mecanicus provides access to its Services, it is your responsibility to obtain any driving licenses or other authorizations required to operate a vehicle in any location presented or referenced within the Services.
2. ConTENT
Mecanicus places great importance on respecting others and on the originality of creative works. When using our Services — whether Autopedia or any other feature — you may generate and share content with other users.By using our Services, you agree that any content you submit, upload, communicate, transmit, or otherwise make available:
•is accurate, truthful, and not misleading;
•does not contain any threatening, defamatory, disparaging, pornographic, offensive, racist, discriminatory, abusive, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or inappropriate material;
•does not infringe any intellectual property rights (including copyrights), image rights, or privacy rights of any third party, nor violate any other third-party rights;
•does not disclose information you are not legally authorized to share (including confidential or privileged information);
•does not contain any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation;
•does not contain any viruses, malware, or other technologies that may harm the Services, Mecanicus, or its users.You are solely responsible for any content you publish on the Services. 3. User Conduct
In order to ensure the integrity of the Services and an optimal experience for all users, you agree to comply with the following rules when using the Services:

Their reuse is therefore permitted in accordance with the terms of the applicable license.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mecanicus regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.Subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law, if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes

13. PHOTOS CREDITS
All photographs illustrating the vehicles offered for sale on the website www.mecanicus.com are original works created by or on behalf of Mecanicus. They are protected by copyright law.Any reproduction, display, modification, adaptation, distribution, or exploitation of these photographs, on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of Mecanicus, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an act of infringement, engaging the civil and criminal liability of the offender.Mecanicus reserves the right to take any appropriate legal action in the event of infringement of its rights.Any use for commercial, editorial, or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
14. YOUNITED
•Mecanicus offers its clients financing services provided by Younited to facilitate payment for their purchases. This is subject to the client’s acceptance of the credit agreement offered by Younited.
•Mecanicus (ORIAS registration number pending) acts as a non-exclusive agent in banking operations for Younited and as an insurance intermediary agent. Mecanicus assists in the execution of credit and insurance transactions without acting as a lender or insurance broker.
•Any refusal by Younited to grant credit for an order may result in the cancellation of that order.
•Any termination of the General Terms and Conditions binding the client and Mecanicus will result in the termination of the credit agreement between Younited and the client.
•The purchase amount is financed through a credit granted by Younited, registered with REGAFI under number 13156 and authorized as a credit institution by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR), 4 Place de Budapest - CS 92459 - 75436 Paris Cedex 09 - France.
