This Porsche 911 Carrera (991.1) was delivered new on 6 November 2012 by Porsche Centre Dortmund. Its first owner, a German, kept it for nearly nine years and 76,000 km, with servicing exclusively at Porsche Centre Dortmund: four consecutive stamps in the service book. The 3.4-litre Flat 6 is mated to the PDK gearbox and complemented by the factory Sport exhaust (XLT). The exterior is finished in Basalt Black Metallic (C9Z), the interior entirely in black leather with an Alcantara roof lining. This example features the sunroof, heated sports seats, 19" Carrera wheels, front and rear parking aid and xenon headlights. The service history is complete since delivery: 7 interventions stamped in the book, the first four at Porsche Centre Dortmund and the next three at Marc Borie Automobiles (Porsche specialist, Puteaux). The major service in May 2023 at 84,182 km included replacement of the spark plugs, belt, all filters (oil, air, cabin) and brake fluid, as well as a PDK gearbox and differential oil change, with a Porsche tester check. The last service (April 2025, 92,259 km) was carried out at the same workshop. The four Goodyear Eagle tyres (N0 marking, Porsche approved) were fitted new in April 2025. The car has covered approximately 98,000 km. The February 2026 roadworthiness test (contrôle technique), carried out at 95,919 km, was passed with no defects (valid until February 2028). Being sold through Mecanicus for the second time, it comes with its registration document, spare key, invoice file and service book, and received a full ceramic coating last March.
